Metal to the Scrapyard
When you are paying for raw material, it should all get turned into your parts, and not into profit for the scrapyard. Thankfully, the days when you had to choose between speed, cost, and accuracy are over. With Electropin Technologies LLC, get the custom connector pins you need without the compromises.
Understand the difference between Accuracy and Precision
ac·cu·ra·cy (akyərəsē)
The degree to which the result of a measurement, calculation, or specification conforms to the correct value or a standard.
pre·ci·sion (prēˈsiZH(ə)n)
Refinement in a measurement, calculation, or specification, especially as represented by the number of digits given.
So, in short, if a part is accurate is within the specified tolerances, if a part is precise, it holds a tight tolerance. If you need a part to such precision that it needs to be within +/-.0001″, then Automatic Die Rolling is not a good candidate; however, if what you need is accuracy to .0005″, then Automatic Die Rolling is perfect.
Stop paying the high cost of precision when what you need is accuracy.
